Hi,
I have created and published a report using the Premium Per User license. Due to some reason, management wants to change it to a Pro license. How can I do the migration instead of developing a new one?
Thank you...
Solved! Go to Solution.
You can either
1) Publish the Report to another Pro workspace and delete it from the PPU workspace.
or
2) Set the Workspace the Report is in back to a Pro workspace (settings, premium, select Pro)
Note that if you set the whole Workspace back to Pro, all the contents of that Workspace will revert to a Pro licence.
Hope this helps
