Hi PBI Gurus,
I am trying exporting PBI Table visual data in Analyze Excel from PBI Service. But I need the data to be in exactly same format as in PBI Report. But when I do the Analyze in Excel option form PBI Service it opens an excel in web with Power Pivot. While in settings I can edit the format but still the data cant appear in Simple excel sheet format the way it appears when we export the table visual in csv.
Please note I am not exporting in csv because it has more than 30 K recs and I belive PBI has limitations of 30K recs to export in csv.
Also when I try to edit the Power Pivot like excel it shows me a row with repating values like below, also it doesnt help to appear as simple excel format o/p
I checked online I found that there is PowerPivot Analyze and Design option which need to be enabled in Desktop Excel which I already did , but still those options are not appearing here.
Appreciate if any inputs for conveting Pivot Table into simple excel format with easy steps in analyze in excel.

Hi @srlabhe
The Powerpivot Analyze and Design feature is an old feature that was previously used. Unfortunately there is no way to do this via a pivot table and you will get it showing as shown as in your image. The only other option I can think of is to write a DAX query which will then query the data and bring it into your semantic model using the Excel get data feature, but that is a lot more complex and is not a drag and drop feature. If I could ask why you're trying to get more than 30,000 records outside of power BR, that might help us better answer your question or provide a solution.
