Hi
I need to create a report that lists all PowerBI reports on the portal- with these 3 fields - name, description and contact.
Is there any out of the box connector or maybe an easy way of fetching this information and storing it somewhere?
much appreciated
Hi @filip1150 ,
If you has administrator rights (such as Office 365 Global Administrator or Power BI Service Administrator), you can use the REST API to get a list of reports for the organization.
This document explained it in great detail.
More reference for REST API:Reports GetReportsAsAdmin - REST API (Power BI Power BI REST APIs) | Microsoft Docs,
Hope this helps you!

Ask your O365 tenant admin to provide that information/give you permissions. Without these you cannot get that even if you are Power BI tenant admin.
