PowerBI OneDrive Refresh Not Available

I have an Excel workbook in a SharePoint site and every article says that OneDrive or SharePoint datasources refresh hourly, or something.  But the OneDrive refresh option isn't available to me!  I've double checked that my datasource has the right credentials and points to an https:// location in SharePoint, yet still no help.  I need users of a shared report to be able to refresh the datasource, but since that's not an option, because Microsoft doesn't undestand how useful their tool is, then the hourly (or less) datasource refresh is imperitive.  Please help!

Hi there

When you selected the source, did you use from Web?

And are your documents stored in OneDrive for Business? Which as far as I understand the same as SharePoint Online.
