PowerBI Deployment in on Premises setup

Hi everybody, 

We are developing a PowerBI Solution which will connect to on an on premises database. The whole though is to install powerBI gateway on a VM and connect it to an internal database which is not over public internet. In the end, we need to embed the dashboard in a flask application and host that application. 

The challenge that we are facing is that the server does not have internet access. How will be able to publish this dashboard if the server does not have internet access or embed the dashboard in an application?

This is not supported, it must be published via the internet.
