Power KPI 2.0.0 visuals are not rendering in the email subscriptions

Hello , 

I have created a dashboard on top of a powerbi report and subscribed to business. It was working fine for couple of days and started sending out blank visuals . All the other visuals are working fine just the custom visual PowerKPI 2.0 is rendering blank . Any one faced this issue before ?? Any help is appreciated as it is highly visible dashboard ...TIA

Hi @aatluri ，

Email subscriptions do not support most custom visuals(except those Power BI custom visuals that have been certified). And if you have applied RLS, the subscription will run using your security context.

This is a PowerBI certified visual and it was working fine for couple of weeks before it stopped working and nothing was changed in the original report and no RLS was applied.
