Power BI refresh using Atlassian Rest API running into Gateway timeout after few minutes

All,

We are using atlassian rest api to get data data from JIRA cloud.

The refresh was working fine until Sunday when it started giving the below error message after few mins.

Getting the same error message  from PBI Desktop as well.

Even when it was working fine, only the night refresh was getting completed successfully, but the daytime refreshes were failing. Now every refresh fails.

The main query had barely 50,000 records. The succeful refresh used to take about 2 hours.

We are completly blocked cos of this issue and any insight/suggestions to address the issue is really appreciated.
