Hi
I have about 5 web data sources in a Power BI report. All anonomous access. The Power BI service cannot refresh these data sources and I get the error below:

The data sources refresh in Power BI desktop.
Anyone got an idea on where to look to resolve this?
Thanks

@Gerhardvdw You can try with enterprise gateway. Go to manage gateways, then add a new data-source. It should work.

Hi
Thanks for the response, but the Power BI service is not allowing me to use the gateway (Personal)
I see the following on the gateway settings in the Service.
