Hi,
I'm testing the possibility of Power BI free users accessing shared reports that are in a @Fabric F64 workspace, however the user is still receiveing the message that a paid licence is required.
What am I testing:
-scale the fabric capacity for F64
-assign the capacity to workspace TEST that has a Power BI report.
-add free user as workspace viewer
-with free user, try access the Power BI report that is in the 'shared with me' section but the user receives you need a paid licence to view this content
checking the offical documentation, this should work.
what am I missing?

@Anonymous hi, yes number 1 and 2 confirmed have been done. Number 3 what do you mean exactly? When you asign the viewer permissions on the fabric workspace the reports are automatically Shared with the free user and appear under the free user 'shared with me' section
