Power BI desktop does not load all Sharepoint list rows

Hi All,

I have a serious issue of my Power BI desktop refresh data with Sharepoint List online. Since a few days ago, the refresh only load 189 rows while the list has more than 8000 rows. I tried several ways including:

- Checking my permission of the sharepoint list as full control

- remove complex columns with nexted "table/record" in power query

- Open a new file and do a new connection

But still it load with 189 rows.

how many columns? What types of columns? Are you using v14 or v15?  Raw list or filtered view?

I am using Desktop BI Version: 2.138.1004.0 64-bit (November 2024)

The sharepoint list is the raw without any filter. I have about 20+ columns which include 1-2 calculated columns, people columns, several system columns ( I am connecting using Implementation 1.0 so all columns are loaded). I tried to delete those nested columns in Query but still cannot fix. I tried using V2.0 to limit the column by default view but the list return "server error".

Can you try with a different, simpler list?
