Power BI data export CSV

Dear all, 

In my organization, data export from Power BI Service is just available as CSV. 

I hav installed English Excel and I hav no problem with the data format when opening the csv file with excel. 

Unfortuntatly my coleagues from Germnany have a problem with the formattting. 

Is that a known issue? 

Do you know how to fix it?

When you say the German users have a problem would it be possible to give a picture of the problem to help troubleshoot?
