Hello - I've seen very similar questions to this one, but not the exact answer, so I'm hoping someone can offer some information.
In our Premium workspaces, when a user without access navigates to a workspace or a report and they are prompted with the "Request Access" screen, we want the user to receive a generic email response. I created a mailbox with auto-replies turned on specifically for this action.
My question is -- what role should this email account have within the premium workspace so that the Access Request is directed to that account? Admin or Member?
Thank you!

Hi @tswehla
As far as I am aware it should have the role of Member and should also be included in the Contact list for the App

Thank you -- I've added the mailbox with the Member role. We aren't using Apps or contact lists, but I will keep this in mind for future use of Apps. Thanks!
