Hi
I have been researching this but just want to double check if this can be done or not?
1. I have found the default Usage Metrics REport
2. This produces the report for the individual Document.
3. Following this https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Usage-Metrics-across-workspaces/m-p/385260
I have been able to save a copy of the report - and remove the report GUID so that I can see the usage statistics for the entire workspace where the report is sitting.
4. I have then updated the default report wth some more information - what is available in the dataset. Example below -that I have included -
5. However my one question is there is no data for "Workspaces" so I cannot produce a drop down for this so I can choose a workspace and then see statistics for any selected workspaces.
My question is do I need to create a usage report for every workspace and amend every single one ?
Thanks
Karen

Hi @KarenL7 ,
Yes, unfortunately you have to do this for each one. Or, depending on your need, you can use the APIs for Power BI and then pass them through more rapidly. But, the result may or may not be what you are hunting for exactly. You can take a look here: Power BI REST APIs for embedded analytics and automation - Power BI REST API | Microsoft Learn

Existe algum software ou app que auxilia na adminstração dos workspace?
Hi @collinq
Thanks for coming back to me.
I just wanted to confirm if the default usage metrics could be altered to include "workspaces" - clearly this is not the case - I have been tasked to do this for every workspace we have!
I am aware of the API solution so thank you for that - but I am having to wait on this due to refresh and connect issues to the API (tokens etc). So was hoping this report would be a good solution...
Thanks for your help!
Karen
