Power BI Subscription HTML Code not working?

Hi, i have a daily subscription with the following message containing HTML code to allow users to navigate to our FAQ page

"<a href="URL LINK ">Click here to learn more</a>" 

but from the 7/07/2023, the HTML code have stopped and now display the entire code.

nothing has changed in the body of the message. Do you know how i can fix this?
