Power BI Streaming Tiles not updating/refreshing

Hi,

I have created a tile on my dashboard that should update every 5 seconds. I have setup the window function correctly in stream analytics and the data is outputting into Power BI. It works for the first 5 seconds and then stops. 

I have tried different browers and shared the workspace with my colleague who is also experiencing the same issue. 

I did not have any issues a week ago, is there currently a bug? And if so, when is the lead time to have this fixed. We need to get this product out to a client by the 3rd June.

We have tried that but its still not working. 

We are going to set the window period to greater than 10 seconds and see if it works because we read this warning:

Is the situation currently being experienced by both you and a colleague, have you tried switching to another network and trying again?
