Hi all,
One of our dataflows has been failing all week (still do not know why), but also we have stopped receiving the Power BI Services e-mail notification of these failures.
We did receive these e-mails in previous months when we were developing new features and the refresh failed for some unexpected reason; and although it has been working ok for the last two months, now it failed again but we did not get any notification. Everything is set as it was earlier, same people working on the project, etc.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? Is this a Microsoft bug?
Thank you!
Hi @Sebita17 ,
For the issue of not receiving failure notifications:
1. Check Email Settings: Verify that the email notifications for refresh failures are correctly set up in the Power BI Service.
2. Review Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, email notifications may be routed to the spam or junk folder of your email client.
3. Tenant Settings: If you are a Power BI admin, check the Tenant settings to ensure that notifications for service outages or incidents are enabled and configured correctly.
4. Security Group: Ensure that the email-enabled security group that should receive notifications is correctly identified and set up in the admin portal.
