Hi,
I get this error message while publishing the report to service. Desktop refresh works fine.
Data source error: {"error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_MashupDataAccessError","pbi.error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_MashupDataAccessError","parameters":{},"details":[{"code":"DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingErrorCode","detail":{"type":1,"value":"-2147467259"}},{"code":"DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingErrorMessage","detail":{"type":1,"value":"We couldn't parse the input provided as a DateTimeZone value."}},{"code":"DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingHResult","detail":{"type":1,"value":"-2147467259"}},{"code":"Microsoft.Data.Mashup.ErrorCode","detail":{"type":1,"value":"10032"}},{"code":"Microsoft.Data.Mashup.ValueError.Detail","detail":{"type":1,"value":"6/30/2025"}},{"code":"Microsoft.Data.Mashup.ValueError.Reason","detail":{"type":1,"value":"DataFormat.Error"}}],"exceptionCulprit":1}}} Table: Labour Requirements.
I have tried everything discussed in the formum to related topics - formatting to date using locae, cleared cache, checked browser settings etc.
I have been spending hours on this but with no luck. Can anyone please help me with this.
Thanks

Hi @KM06 ,
If your browser or Power BI Service is set to a different language like UK English, it might expect DD/MM/YYYY. You can change the Service language in your browser settings to match your data format.
In Power Query (Transform Data):
Select the problematic column.
Go to Transform > Data Type > Using Locale.
Choose:
Data Type: Date or Date/Time (as needed)
Locale: English (United States) or whatever matches the format.
Hope this helps.
Warm Regards,
Chaithra E.
Could I recommend going into Power Query and changing your date time zone to date time and see if that resolves your issue.
