Power BI Service error validating credentials on Odata Service (some login other don't)

Hello,

We have a problem with credentials on Power BI Service.

PBIX file has multiple Odata connections to a Dynamics NAV Server. All the connections are validated and working.

The OData services are also available on web browser and working.

The problem comes in PBI service, some sources are validating the user and password but others throw an error:

No se pudieron actualizar las credenciales de origen de datos: Credentials are required to connect to the OData source.

Hi @scarbajo,

Does refresh operations work on desktop side? If they not work properly on desktop, I'd like to suggest fix desktop refresh first.

BTW, if you report have multiple data sources, some of credentials will appear the issue which you mentioned.

Current I not found some effective solution to resolve this issue, maybe you can try submit a ticket for further support.

Hi @Anonymous

Refresh works on PBI Desktop.

I will proceed with a ticket.

Thanks
