Power BI Service data refresh extremely slow

I have a Power BI Service scheduled refresh that takes about 18 minutes to complete. It runs hourly from 9am - 11am and 1pm to 5pm.  When I refresh the data from the Desktop app it takes 30 seconds.

Hi there

I would check your Gateway server, make sure that it has got enough memory, CPU and bandwidth to both the source data and Power BI service.
