Hi @Chi-chi.,

You should look into your script visual code for that particular visual. Sometimes it might be there might be an error in the code that the Power BI desktop might ignore but Power BI Service throws an error. I have encountered thsi error and it was a duplicate rendering call i created. I hope this fixex your issue.

Thank you @ChidubemOM ,

I was able to check my script visual code and I found that the output of the visual was called twice and Power BI desktop ignored it but the Power BI Service flagged it as error. Another lesson learnt 😊

Hi! @Chi-chi

IT could be due the Python script, please ensure you are using supported packages. Also, check in case your licensing has changed https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/desktop-python-visuals#licensing

and lastly try to republish your report maybe into another workspace if issue persists.

@Chi-chi There isn't enough information here to determine what happened. Are there any other details? Otherwise, you will need to open a support ticket with Microsoft to resolve what is going on here.

The image shows the Py visual I published, but a particular visual as shown on the image wont display, but it perfectly shows on Power BI Desktop. Do you understand now?

@Chi-chi I understand, but there is no information about the actual error other than a correlation id and Microsoft support are the only folks that can track down what that correlation id actual means and what happened. So without further information or details, it's next to impossible to tell what error actually occurred. You can submit a suppoort ticket here: Microsoft Fabric service status
