Power BI Row Level Security Licensing

I am trying to figure out what licensing both my viewers and I need to share and use a report with row level security. My understanding is that if I set up the report in a premium workspace, then anyone with a free license can view and use it, but I just want to make sure before I try to buy all of the licensing.

Hi @Cam23 

Yes you are 100% correct if you are using Power BI Premium , users with a free Power BI license can view the reports and dashboards via an app or if they have the viewer role in an App workspace.
