Power BI - Register your application for Power BI

I want to login to the website : 

https://dev.powerbi.com/apps

 

I have Power BI pro licesne .

The issue I am facing is while logging in to this https://dev.powerbi.com/apps    ,  I am being redirected to

 

 https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/developers/.

I need your kind help here.
