Power BI RLS

Just wondering if you could help me with a Power BI Query? When assigning an email address to view a report, can you assign by a group or distribution group. For example if you I gave a service a Power Bi Pro Licence in a viewing capacity, they would log in with a generic account instead of a user account. I am in the process of applying RLS on reporting and was wondering when the user views the report, they could type in a specific code and only view the data for this service. Any help would be great. Dynamic RLS is tied to the USERPRINCIPALNAME - ie the email address of the entity accessing Power BI.  A PDL or a generic account will most likely fail at authenticating with the Power BI service.  Service Principals would be an option.
