Power BI / PowerPoint integration

We have a number of PowerPoint files that have a number of Power BI live reports embeded within them. When everything is embeded and refreshed all is fine but every now and then a filter will go wild in its look and actions when used within PowerPoint.

For example a filter that is filtering the data by Month, has 6 months visable suddenly shows 60 months, 10 for each month and dose not work when you try and filter.

This is not the first time this has happend is there a known issue with filters in the PowerPoint / Power BI embedded interaction?

Hi, @Anonymous

After my test, when I integrate Power BI reports in PowerPoint, I can apply the filter correctly, and the filter results are the same as in Power BI Service, here are my test results, you can describe the steps to reproduce your problem according to your steps or design:
In the Power BI service, my report looks like this:

The embodied report in PowerPoint is as follows:

When I apply the Slicer of the Month in Power Point:

This result is consistent with the results of the report app and all sharders in Power BI service:

You can check the consistency of the results when you apply the slicer in PowerPoint and the results when you apply the slicer in Power BI Service. Also, if you do have slicer issues, you can try an alternative solution to create some bookmarks.
