Resolver ISet alert - what is the item?
When you set an alert and open the save options, there is an item box with an option to "create a new reflex item". What is this and what it does do?

Reflex items are a relatively new Power BI feature that allows you to create automated actions based on specific data conditions. In simpler terms, they enable you to set up alerts and triggers that initiate actions when certain data thresholds are met. - Idrissshatila

as mohitkumawat mentioned, but you need also to know that it's part of the fabric license (premium) so it's not available for the pro workspace.
