Power BI Integration help

Hello! I need some help with Power BI Integration and thought this might be a good place to start. I am trying to integrate Power BI into Adobe Learning Manager and that requires a tenant ID, secret, and tenant name which I am told I could get from a Power BI Administrator but I have no idea where to find one of those 🙂 Help?
