We are trying override detect data changes behavior by replacing default pollingExpression with name of custom polling query. Incremental refresh is failing once we replace pollingExpression with name of custom polling query or M expression referencing another table.
Have you come across this issue or successfully implemented custom polling query of detect data changes feature?

Out of the box Power BI incremental refresh and detect data changes is working as expected. Issue I am having is when I try to override the default detect data changes pollingExpression with name of custom polling query or an expression referencing a column in another table(in same model). Following MS documentation describes the functionality https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/incremental-refresh-xmla#custom-queries-for-d...
