Power BI Graph not updating based on data source condition

I have a Web API method named ABC(param1) and have a report published using the same. When I try to return response based on param 1 ie if param1 execute condition1 else execute condition2. 
But the graph always loads response from condition2.

I tried changing the name of the method, still no luck.

Dynamic Query Parameters only work with Direct Query data sources. Your Web API isn't.
