Hi @gerard-kouadio ,

Try these troubleshooting options.

Verify Your ODBC DSN Configuration
First, ensure you have a properly configured ODBC Data Source Name (DSN) on the gateway machine:

       Connection String Format for HFSQL
The correct ODBC connection string for HFSQL

Configure the Gateway Data Source

Under "Gateway connection", ensure:
—>The correct gateway is selected
—>The data source matches what you configured
—>Credentials are properly set (use "Edit credentials")

32-bit vs 64-bit - Ensure your ODBC DSN matches the gateway architecture (typically 64-bit).

If my response solved your query, please mark it as the Accepted solution to help others find it easily.

And if my answer was helpful, I'd really appreciate a 'Kudos'.

Recommend to shorten the dsn - there is a string size limit of 32 characters.
