Power BI Free user not able to access the reports

Hi,

We have created the power bi reports using dataset using Desktop app by the Pro license user.  Once it is published. The user have power BI free license not able to access the report.

In order to have access to the report the reader also need a Power BI Pro license, unless the report is published in a workspace that run on a Premium capacity.

As mentioned by @MariusT  ,  with sharing, whether you share content inside or outside your organization, you need a Power BI Pro license. Your recipients also need Power BI Pro licenses, unless the content is in a Premium capacity.
