WHen I click Create Support Ticket I do not get those options. I get prompted to log in despite already having done so.

Hi Angelia,
I had tried to do just that before posting but when I click that link it asks me to sign in, when I click the sign in link I get routed to Power BI, and when I return to the support page it again asks me to sign in, causing a bit of an inescapable loop.

After you click the "Create Support Ticket", you will get the following screenshot.
Then please search if there is similar issue, if there is not, you can click "Continue to support ticket"
Best Regards,
Angelia
