Power BI Data Refresh Issue while using Sharepoint folder, excel and SQL Function

Hello all,

I am facing very weired issue while using Power Query data transformation such as 

1. Data Source 1: Sharepoint Folder with many excel files 
2. Data Source 2: Power Query based functions which calls PostgreSQL function by taking parameters from Excel columns

Issue: Not able to refresh dataset in Power BI Service if we ignore privacy levels from Power BI Desktop then it is refreshing in desktop but as Ignore Privacy is not supported on Power BI Service so not able to refresh dataset there.

I have checked by keeping all data source Privacy Level to None and Organizational.

Please let me know in case if any one have idea for same.

Error: DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_MashupDataAccessError Changed Type2 references other queries or steps, so it may not directly access a data source. Please rebuild this data combination.

Update: We are using Power Query Function to call data from Database but if we directly write function logic there then it's working!

But for cleaner code and maintenance, we require Power Query Functions
