When we are setting up the Data Gateway, an email address need to be entered for using and registering the data gateway. if correspnding colleague leave the company and the email adress is no longer exists, how would be the gateway or how to change the data gateway email address to another one?

Pls follow below steps.
Step1: Click on settings of the workspace and click on Manage Connections and Gateways
Step2: Now If you see am the admin of that gateway.
Step3: Click on ... 3 dots and go to Manage users
Step4: In the mentioned box serach for your email id
Step5: After selecting your email id select Admin and click share option
Step6: Now if you see Sanotsh is admin for my Gateway.
Step7; Now again pls go to Manage users and remove your left employee id from the settings

Yes you can chnage it from your on-premised data gateway app. go to settings, and select Change account. Enter the new email address you want to associate with the gateway. Please refer this official documentation from Microsoft - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/data-integration/gateway/service-gateway-service-account

No, i am asking changing the email address of using the gateway, not service account
