Power BI Data GateWay connect with Orcle 12c(sql Developer)

     I need to help connection between Orcle and Data Gateway. I tried to conncet but I still getting error below screen.

What is the version of the gateway you're using. Please ensure the gateway is online and then run the report again. Is your gateway running under a services account or the deflault gateway user. 

If the gateway is running under a services account check to see if the user is active and running under services on the computer where the gateway is installed-->On premise gateway, then check the status if running or disable.
