Power BI Data GateWay connect with Orcle 12c(sql Developer)

Hi        I need to help connection between Orcle and Data Gateway. I tried to conncet but I still getting error below screen. can you help me to resovle this error?   Thanks,

@  Bhakti_90,

What is the version of the gateway you're using. Please ensure the gateway is online and then run the report again. Is your gateway running under a services account or the deflault gateway user. 

If the gateway is running under a services account check to see if the user is active and running under services on the computer where the gateway is installed-->On premise gateway, then check the status if running or disable.
