Today (3/24/2025) our Power BI App subscriptions started to be delayed or stop working completely. I click Send Now and the report email gets sent intermittenly or not at all. Nothing has changed with the subscriptions or the App.
I have report subscriptions set up for the same time with different report parameters and these are paginated reports.
Not seeing any outages on Power BI on the Fabric Product Status board. Need to get Power BI Service Administrator Role to further troubleshoot audit logs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The subscription started working again without any changes. Still waiting to get access to the Fabric Administrator role to review audit logs.

Hi @jrjoker21,
Thankyou for the update! Since the subscription is now working again without any changes, it was likely a temporary delay caused by system load or backend processing.
Once you gain access to the Fabric Administrator role, reviewing audit logs can help confirm if there were any errors, delays, or service disruptions related to the subscriptions.
Please Accept as solution if this meets your needs and a Kudos would be appreciated.

Hi @jrjoker21,
Happy to see you here in the Microsoft Fabric Community! Thankyou for your suggestion @Akash_Varuna.
As you mentioned needing the Power BI Service Administrator role, ensure that the role is assigned. This will allow access to audit logs to check for any errors or warnings related to the subscriptions.
Power BI subscriptions can sometimes be delayed due to server-side issues (like heavy load or service interruptions) that may not be immediately reflected on the status board. This could explain the intermittent delivery of emails.
If the reports are running on Power BI Premium capacity, verify if there are any capacity issues, such as resource overuse, which could delay report generation or email delivery.
Try deleting and recreating the subscriptions to rule out any configuration issues.
