Power Automate into Power BI: Fails to send email only when file is published on the web

Hello guys!

I'm having a problem with the power automate when I try to send an email through the stream and publish the dashboard to the web.

This is my flow in power automate. It sends a message to a fixed email with an HTML table in the body of the email and the same table attached in CSV format

When I try to send the flow to my email in Power BI Online, everything works correctly and the email arrives right.

But when I upload the dashboard to the web and test the same flow, it loops forever and doesn't send the email...

Does anyone have any idea what might be going on?

If the flow starts then you should see the flow history in the Power Automate site, and can see where it hangs.
