Power Automate and Power BI connection problem

Hi All,

I will describe exactly what the situation looks like.

I have Power BI Premium.
I am a workspace owner and published a report. I created the application and added one report to it. I added users to the application.
This report has a button that calls the Power Automate process (I am the owner of this process).
In this process, I have an action that generates a PNG file of a screenshot of one page from my report (in the action settings, I chose workspace, report and added the id of the page to be generated).

Everything works fine when I trigger this action. However, if someone who has access only to the application clicks on it (not a workspace owner), he gets the error: "The response is not in a JSON format.". In the message header I also see "" X-PowerBI-Error-Info ":" GroupNotAccessible ".
Action name in Power Automate: InitiateExportToFileForPbiReports

How can people who have access to the application trigger this action and generate the file?

I will be grateful for your help.

Thank you!

I think you also need to give these users access to the flow (and its connectors).
