I have a power app inside a report page of a power BI report. This power app is connected to Sharepoint.
The user configures the filters in the PBI report and then uses the PDF Export feature to generate a PDF file.
Since this morning, whenever I export the PDF, the Power apps visual inside the PDF gets stuck in the authorisation page (see screenshot of the actual PDF).
Of course, as you can imagine, I have authorised the power app inside power bi web, before exporting the PDF. But I feel that the service that exports the PDF is not linked to the actual state of the visual in power BI web.
Is there any way to solve it?
I have not found a solution yet. We're blocked...
we solved it Castor
Thank you!. I've noticed some minutes ago that it was working now.
Do you know what the problem was? What can we do if it happens again?
you mean it was solved with you automatically?
We had to do some PowerShell ruling in order to switch off authentication between power apps and power bi -> link
Yes! It works since yesterday for us, but I didn't do anything. Maybe it was the IT that solved...
I have the same, really annoying since I just launched it to our users. Any idea how to solve ?
