Postgresql connection in fabrik dataflow

Hi, 

I can not realized  how to create connection to my AWS hosted Posgtresql server - I didn't find any structured tutorial for it: 

•  do I need gateway? Where do I need to install it? 
• do I need to add some IP into the whitelist? Where can I find list of IPs?

If you are trying to connect to your PostgreSQL database from Power BI Service (online), you will need to use an On-premises Data Gateway to enable secure data transfer. The gateway acts as a bridge between your on-premises data and the Power BI service.

The On-premises Data Gateway should be installed on a network that has access to your PostgreSQL server. This can be a server or a computer within your local network that is always on and connected to the internet.

You may need to whitelist the IP addresses of the Power BI service in your AWS security group settings to allow the gateway to communicate with Power BI online services.
