Pivot connect to Power Bi Dataset

Hello all,

I am in the process of creating a live connection between an Excel pivot table and a Power BI dataset.
The dataset is published normally and connected in Excel via Data / Get Data and a pivot is created.

For testing, the data model is very small.

Two tables:
- Table1 with Product Number
- Table2 table with Product Number and Productgroup

The two tables are connected in Power Bi model and in Power BI frontend everything works as it should.

When I combine the two tables in the Excel pivot, the table joins don't seem to be there and the to each productnumber all productgroups are shown.

Do you have any idea why I can't combine the data in Excel? Or another way?

Thanks for your help

Hi @Anonymous

As soon as you add in a measure it should then change and show you the data in the right format?
