Dear Community,
I am working on a quite flexible reporting on PBI. We have a huge star schema with more than 30 Tables connected to a FACT Table.
The visualisation is fairly simple table with personalization enabled. The User will be able to select the columnes he needs and build his customized table.
If a user opens the personilze tab he needs to open each table to look which fields are includede here to add them. Are you aware of any possibility to only show the fields without the table name? Or Grouping Fields from different tables?
Example:
Table 1: Field A, Field B, Field C, Measure 1
Table 2: Field D, Measure 2
Table 3: Field E - H
Table 4: Field I
Table 5: Field J
Table 6: Field K - Y, Measure 3 - 5
.....
Table 30: Field XXY
Example Without Tables:
Field A
.....
Field XXY
Measure 1
.....
Measure 5
Example Grouping:
Table Group: Field A - XXY
Measure Group: Measure 1 - Measure 5
best regards,
Paul
