Personal gateway is not visible

Hi There,

We are having issues with snowflake connected datasources. Suddenly many of the datasets which are connecting snowflake have started failing to refresh on service. The power bi support has suggested to set up a connection on gateway. While I'm trying to connect a dataset on personal gateway. But the personal gateway is not showing up. I go to workspace -> select snowflake connected dataset -> settings-> gateway connection.

But no gateway is coming up. Is there something I'm missing here?

We pushed/forced a excel file along with existing snowflake connection then only personal gateway started showing up. So the personal gateway will only show up when it's required/applicable for the existing datasource.Like if we have excel file connected report then personal gateway will show up.

Anyways, we then tried to refresh a datasource with personal gateway it did not work. May be because first of all the snowflake connection do not require any gateway to refresh reports.
