Hello everyone,

I want to block all services for certain users. It should not be possible to download, export, forward, share, embed somewhere, etc. files. Where can I prevent this? Thank you.

Only PowerBI tenant admin can control these options.

 

If you have control you can do that through the Admin Portal on PowerBI services
