Paginated Report View Report button

When a user is running a paginated report in the PBI cloud service and makes a prompt selection, the report should disappear so that the user knows they need to hit the View Report button to see the data with the new prompt selection. Currently, the report appears to reload but the data is from the previous prompt selection, not the new prompt selection so it is not obvious to users that they need to hit the View Report button to update the data.

Having the same issue.
I am certain I was able to hit the greayed out "View report" button and it would refresh the report in the cloud. But this is no longer happening.
Any ideas are apprecaited.
