The page-level filter I am applying in Power BI Desktop is unfiltered after saving and creating and embed code in Power BI Service. Need to apply a page-level filter and show that using the Power BI embed code link.

This issue may be due to page-level filter settings not being properly preserved after publishing the report to Power BI Service. Maybe you can try resetting page-level filters in Power BI Desktop and make sure you save your changes before publishing the report.
Check the report settings in Power BI Service to make sure that the page-level filter option is enabled.
