PDF cannot be shared in PBIS application

Hi, 

We wanted to share a PDF file in one of our application, but we get the following error message - the PDF file is shared in a dedicated sharepoint site and we checked the rights and the user - what I am using - having the sufficent rights to see the PDF, but once I upload the PDF in the application I can see the following error message:
