Using Desktop - if I use the 'Export to PDF' from the drop down at the top left, then the pdf which is generated contains my filtered view, based on any slicer values.... basically what is on my screen.
However once it goes to my workspace or is published as an App then the File-Export to PDF will only give me the default settings , in other words the report as it was origionally opened, NOT giving me what is on my screen after applying filter/slicer.
I would like to see whats on my screen in the PDF as it does using desktop. Is this a bug??? Any help appeciated here.
Also same for export to Powerpoint

One item of note – many, many users have been asking when the filters/slicers/bookmarks they’ve selected will be respected when they export to either a PowerPoint or PDF. While that isn’t the case yet, that capability is coming in very short order, so keep watching the Power BI blog for an announcement around that feature in the not too distant future.

...but strange that this ability is avaialable in the desktop export , but dissappears after its published.
