PBI Service Automatic Refresh

Hello, I'm having an issue at an automatic refresh on a premium capacity workspace.

The Dashboard is pulling data from an API with credentials already set on desktop and service place, running with a On-Premise Data Gateway (Personal Mode) in a server.

The desktop version is getting new records from the API but when the automatic refresh runs, it only capture the old information without adding the new records/rows.

There is no error on the refresh process, the proxy settings are okey and not causing any issue.

Limit the amount of data you import, which you can do by going to Power Query Editor in Power BI Desktop and removing any unnecessary columns.
You can also consider increasing the memory of the premium capacity of the hosted dataset. Try refreshing large datasets during off-peak hours.
You can solve your problem by limiting the amount of data you import or by otherwise optimizing the dataset.
If you're using Power BI Premium, you might want to consider increasing the memory allocation for the Premium capacity that hosts this dataset. Or delete unnecessary Power BI files, datasets from your workspace.
