PBI Gateway Connection Issues

Hi all,

I've been having extreme difficulties connecting to a on-premises gateway. Attached is a pic of the main issue:

I know that the Gateway is up and running on our machine here, so it is an issue of connecting to the data sources.

Everytime I try to connect to the SharePoint data sources, it gives me an "invalid connection credentials" error. I have tried several times to add the data sources to the gateway using the optional "add to gateway" feature only to get the same error. I have switched the data sources back and forth between "OAuth2" and "Windows" to see if either of them will work, but to no avail.

Does anybody know a way to fix this? I am unable to refresh any of my data sources currently. Any help would be much appreciated...

Hi there

Have you enabled the setting on your Gateway in the Power BI Service to allow for both Cloud and On-Premise data sources to be used?
